Our Airbnb turnovers start at £85, end-of-tenancy cleans at £165, deep cleans at £195, and post-renovation cleans at £325. Regular domestic cleaning is £30/hour and office cleaning is £28/hour. Current base prices for every listed property size appear on this page.
Can the displayed price change? +
The tables show our current base prices for the listed property size and standard scope. Optional extras are itemised. Same- or next-day work, when available, is priced at +25%, and peak-period or unusually heavy work is confirmed before booking.
Do you offer discounts for regular or multiple cleans? +
Yes. Discounts are based on completed monthly turnovers rather than the number of properties managed. Current published discounts rise to 7% at 80–119 turnovers a month; accounts above that level are scoped and priced individually.
What's included in the price? +
The service checklist, cleaner coordination and completion record are included. Airbnb and regular-cleaning equipment is normally kept at the property; for deep and end-of-tenancy work, tell us what is available and we will confirm what the team will bring. Linen, laundry, restocking and appliance interiors are itemised where they sit outside the selected service.
