Frequently asked questions

How quickly can you turn around a property? +

A standard 1–2 bed flat turnover takes 60–90 minutes. We can have a cleaner at your property within 2–3 hours of the previous guest checking out across central Edinburgh — Old Town, New Town, Leith and Stockbridge included. For same-day turnovers we recommend booking a regular slot so your cleaner is pre-scheduled.

How does the calendar sync work? +

You share your Airbnb or Booking.com iCal link with us once. Our system checks it every 15 minutes — when a new checkout is detected we auto-create a cleaning job and notify your dedicated cleaner. You don't lift a finger.

Do you provide linens? +

Yes, as an add-on. We can supply fresh hotel-quality linens with a change for £18 per clean, or wash and fold your own for £15. Many Edinburgh hosts use this during the Festival when there's no time to launder between guests.

What happens if my guest checks out late? +

Our system detects checkout changes automatically. If a guest runs late we adjust the cleaning window and notify your cleaner. If the gap is too tight for a full clean before the next arrival, we flag it immediately so you can manage expectations.

Can I use you just for Festival season? +

Absolutely. But hosts on a monthly plan get priority August slots. During the Fringe we scale our team significantly, yet availability is limited — secure your August turnovers by early July to be safe.

What if I'm not happy with a clean? +

Every clean is photo-verified so you can check quality immediately. If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll send a cleaner back at no charge. Every job is covered by public liability insurance.
