How quickly do you detect a new checkout? +

We check your connected booking calendar every 15 minutes. As soon as a guest booking ends, we automatically create a cleaning job and assign your cleaner — there's nothing for you to do.

Which booking calendars do you support? +

Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo via their iCal calendar links, plus most property management software. If you can export an iCal feed, we can sync it. Connecting takes about 30 seconds per property.

What happens if my regular cleaner is unavailable? +

You're always covered. Each property has a dedicated cleaner who learns its quirks, but if they're ever unavailable a trained backup steps in and follows your property's checklist exactly.

Can I skip cleans on short stays? +

Yes. From your dashboard you can set skip rules — for example no clean on 1-night stays — plus rules like requiring a linen change on stays over 3 nights. Your cleaner only gets the jobs you actually want.

Is there a contract or lock-in? +

No. Everything runs on a monthly rolling basis with no minimum term. You can pause or stop at any time — we'd rather earn your business every clean.
